Our Story
My goal is to treat our residents with the love and care they need and deserve, and not just a nameless identification number
Our memory care assisted living journey started in 2019. We had heard about smaller scale memory care assisted living homes and loved the idea. We wanted to provide a facility where our residents were treated like family, with the ability to provide unique, specialized care to everyone.
Since 2019, we’ve been dedicated to providing our residents with comfortable and personable care, rather than a medical, clinical and sterile environment.
All of our residents and the necessary amenities are located in one building, with specially trained staff to help make our facility as comfortable as possible.
We want Oak Park Estates to feel like home, not a medical facility.
As a two time cancer survivor, I have spent many, many months living in a hospital. We lived in Rochester, Minnesota for a couple years while fighting AML Leukemia.
While at the hospital, I wasn’t known by my name, only my patient number. At Oak Park Estates, I wanted to ensure each resident wasn’t just a number, but a member of our family.
